Appointments

It is important that clients arrive promptly in order to respect fairness and the value of time to our staff and other clients.

Due to the frequency of missed appointments, we have been forced to require that any appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours notice will be charged for the services or time scheduled.  Cancellation policy "Missed Appointment Fee" must be paid before another appointment will be scheduled.

 

Electrolysis treatment times

Electrolysis clients are asked to take notice of billable time versus actual treatment time.

 

Five to ten minutes is ordinarily required to allow set-up procedures.

             60 Minutes =  50 minutes Actual Treatment time

             45 Minutes =  40 minutes Actual Treatment time

             30 Minutes =  25 minutes Actual Treatment time

             15 Minutes =  10 minutes Actual Treatment time
